H2U at Emory Eastside Medical Center Hosts Nutrition Myths & Making Healthy Eating Easy Speaker - Lindsay Hoskins, RD, LD

March 12, 2010 - March is National Nutrition Month.  In recognition of this vital part of each person’s life,  Lindsay Hoskins, RD, LD will be the guest speaker at the H2U-Health To You meeting on March 24th, 2:00 p.m., Snellville Senior Center, 2350 Oak Road, Snellville, GA.  Eating healthy can be easy and Lindsay is going to tell us just how this can be accomplished.  She will also cover nutrition myths that can lead us astray.  You’ve not heard her approach to eating before and this will be a great opportunity to learn some “new” tips to eating healthy.
